Please make sure you are purchasing the correct items. Send an email if you are unsure or have questions. We are not responsible for the purchasing of wrong items, and we are not responsible for you not liking an item after you receive it. 


Shipping

We ship via USPS only using Priority Mail meaning your package is insured and top priority at the ship station. Packages can be delivered between 1-4 business days, weekends are not included. 

The estimated delivery date is NOT GUARANTEED it is an estimated date given by USPS.

 

********Depending on when the order is placed your order may be processed the same day or within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday ********

 

We do not issue refunds for any delayed packages. Once the item is shipped it is no longer under our control. Please visit your local USPS location with your tracking information for further assistance.

 

 

 

We have no control over shipping rates. Your shipping price is based on the location and the weight of the purchased items. If your order is too big for Priority Mail, it will be shipped via UPS instead of USPS in which tracking will also be provided. 

 

If the order ships international, you are responsible for shipping plus the custom fee.

 

Once your order is received and shipped you will be emailed a copy of the tracking to keep track of your package. 

 

Please protect your package with ROUTE INSURANCE. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or packages stated DELIVERED. For any lost or stolen package, you will have to contact USPS to file a claim. If you have received the wrong items, please place them back in the original box and "RTS" (Return to Sender). Once we receive the items, we will inspect them & re-ship the correct items. We do not compensate for items used or worn due to sanitary purposes.
